How ordering works
All Kana Leaf orders — pickup or delivery — are placed through our online store. Browse the full North Bay menu, add what you like, and select delivery as your fulfilment option at checkout.
Delivery zones, fees, minimums, and same-day availability are shown live in the online store, so you'll always see the exact options for your address before you confirm an order. If your address isn't covered, you're always welcome in store or for pickup.
You must be 19 or older with valid government-issued photo ID to order and to receive any delivery. Someone 19+ must be present at the door — that's the law in Ontario, and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Every delivery order leaves our North Bay store sealed, child-resistant, and exactly as it left the producer — the same curated selection you'd find on our shelves.
