AGCO updates retail store hours guidelines for 2026

The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario has published updated guidance on permitted retail hours for licensed cannabis stores, taking effect this fall.

For customers, the practical change is modest: authorised operating hours widen slightly, and individual municipalities retain the ability to set narrower limits. Store-level hours will continue to be posted on our locations page and updated the day any change takes effect.

We will confirm our own schedule for each of Ottawa, North Bay, and Jocko Point once municipal positions are final. Nothing changes before then.
